Irma Y. Drace (“Drace”), Dhyalma N. Vazquez (“Vazquez”), Sam Zherka (“Zher-ka”), and Dr. Giulio Cavallo (“Cavallo”) (collectively, the “Individual Plaintiffs”), and The Westchester County Independence Party (the “Independence Party” or the “Party”) (together, with the Individual Plaintiffs, “Plaintiffs”) bring suit against 90 Defendants, under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt ■ Organizations.
