Plaintiff-appellant Gordon Gaylord Buck, individually and as Guardian of the Property of Leslie O’Toole-Buck, appeals from the circuit court’s order granting defendants-appellees Alexander Scott K. Miles, M.D. and A. Scott Miles, Inc.’s renewed motion for summary judgment.
