Michael Nicholaou, plaintiff, filed his motion for judgment in the trial court against Garnet L. Harrington, defendant, seeking damages for injuries alleged to have been received in a collision between the motorcycle operated by plaintiff and a pickup truck operated by defendant. A jury trial resulted in a verdict for defendant. The trial court overruled plaintiffs motion to set aside the verdict and entered judgment on the verdict.
