*1084Appeal from a judgment of the Oneida County Court (Michael L. Dwyer, J.), rendered December 16, 2005. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of sexual abuse in the first degree (two counts) and endangering the welfare of a child (two counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
