HOLDAWAY, Associate Judge:

Appellant, Willie A. Swann, appeals from a February 7, 1992, decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA or Board) which denied entitlement to service connection for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The Secretary of Veterans Affairs has filed a motion for summary affir-mance. The Court has jurisdiction of the case under 38 U.S.C.A. § 7252(a) (West 1991). The Court will affirm the BVA decision.
