Appellee, Mrs. Tommie 0 ’Lee, sued appellants, Ed Sullenberger and wife, to cancel a contract of sale and to rescind a subsequent deed to a house and lot in Camden, Arkansas, for return of the purchase price with interest from date of payment, and for alleged damages growing out of the transaction.
