I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Preferred Display, Inc. (“PDI”) brings this action against defendant Vincent Longo, Inc. (“VLI”) for unpaid invoices arising from the sale of a number of cosmetics display cases. PDI asserts three causes of action: (1) common law breach of contract; (2) common law unjust enrichment; and (3) a claim pursuant to Connecticut’s Uniform Commercial Code (“UCC”), Conn.
