In this case involving easement rights, plaintiff Consolidated Amusement Co., Ltd. (Consolidated), the owner of the dominant estate, appeals from an adverse summary judgment in favor of defendant Waikiki Business Plaza, Inc. (Plaza), the owner of the servient estate.
