*1031Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the Board of Parole which revoked petitioner’s parole.

In 1994, petitioner was convicted of the crimes of burglary in the second degree and attempted robbery in the first degree and was sentenced, respectively, to consecutive terms of imprisonment of 5 to 15 years and 2V2 to 7V2 years.
