Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the Board of Parole which revoked petitioner’s parole.
Following his conviction on drug charges in 1980, petitioner was sentenced to three years to life in prison. Thereafter, he was released to parole supervision a number of times but was reincarcerated after various parole violations.
