ORDER GRANTING IN PART DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

PAINE, District Judge.

This matter is before the court upon the Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment, filed on or about November 9, 2000 (D.E.# 27). Upon review of the motion, the response thereto, and the applicable authority, the court finds that the motion should be granted, in part, as to allegations of wrongful termination, because there exists no issue of material fact that plaintiff was terminated because of alleged impairments.
