Kenneth Henley, a prisoner of the State of Alabama, filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus alleging that he is being illegally detained by virtue of an incorrectly computed Alabama State Board of Corrections Inmate Summary dated December 29, 1986. Pursuant to Section 636(b)(1)(B) of Title 28, United States Code, the United States Magistrate reviewed the record and recommended to the district court that the petition be denied on the basis that the summary was accurate.
