GOLDEN, Justice.

Appellant Anderson Excavating & Wrecking Company (Anderson) challenges the trial court’s findings and judgment in a contract action. The underlying case involved a dispute between Anderson and appellee Certified Welding Corporation (Certified) over the terms of a lease agreement for a crane. After a bench trial, the trial court found that a contract existed between the parties and was evidenced by an unambiguous writing.
