September 11, 1930, appellant and respondent entered into a written contract whereby the latter agreed to sell, and the former agreed to buy, for $1,600, a tract of land in Bingham County, described by metes and bounds, no mention being made of the number of acres or the price per acre. There was paid $100 of the purchase price at the time of the execution, of the contract and $300 December 13, 1930. The interest payment of $49.50, due December 1, 1931, was paid March 7, 1932.
