In her complaint, Plaintiff Jo Ann Susanno (“Plaintiff’) claims that Defendants Lee County Board of County Commissioners and Lee County (“Defendants”) deprived her of her constitutional rights as follow: in Count One, of her First Amendment rights of freedom of speech and association; in Count Two, of her substantive due process rights; and in Count Three, of her procedural due process rights.
