Plaintiff commenced this action to review a final determination of the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare (the “Secretary”) that denied plaintiff’s application for disability insurance and supplemental security income benefits (“S.S.I.”). 1 The Secretary moves pursuant to Rule 12(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for judgment on the pleadings.
