The issue before us in this matter is plaintiff’s standing in equity to compel defendant Local No. 77 to nullify certain disciplinary action taken against him and to restore him to full membership in the union.
Procedurally, the matter is here on the preliminary objections of the local to plaintiff’s amended complaint *464in equity. The original complaint was filed on March 20, 1957, and objections to this complaint were sustained with leave to plaintiff to amend within 30 days.
