The complainant will be referred to herein as P. S. B. and the defendant as R. C. A. Occasion will arise in the course of this opinion to refer to certain other corporations. They are Philco Radio and Television Corporation, hereinafter referred to as P. R. T., and Transitone Automobile Corporation, hereinafter referred to as Transitone.
