¶ 1 In this consolidated appeal, Appellant, Insurance Adjustment Bureau, Inc. (“IAB”), appeals from the order entered in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, which sustained the preliminary objections in the nature of a demurrer of Appellee Allstate Insurance Company (“Allstate”) to IAB’s complaint; and the judgment entered in favor of Allstate and against IAB.
