This is an application for a writ of habeas corpus. The relators were witnesses before the King County grand jury. Initially, they separately petitioned for *2writs, later the applications were consolidated. Both petitioners were represented by the same attorney, who stated in his motion for consolidation that the cases presented identical problems.
