Appellants, Ralph Williams, Ralph Williams, Inc., and Ralph Williams’ North West Chrysler Plymouth, Inc., appealed two superior court orders which found them in contempt of court and imposed sanctions for the contempt. On December 9, 1974, the trial court entered its judgment and order concerning restitution upheld in State v. Ralph Williams’ North West Chrysler Plymouth, Inc., 87 Wn.2d 298, 553 P.2d 423 (1976), the main action. Appellants filed their appeal on the merits on December 27, 1974.
