KAREN NELSON MOORE, Circuit Judge.
On the basis of a cooperating defendant’s tip, a Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”) task force set up surveillance along an interstate in eastern Kentucky, hoping to intercept members of a methamphetamine-trafficking operation. After fits and starts, a member of the task force located a car suspected of involvement with the operation.
