MILLETT, Circuit Judge:

A jury convicted Dante Sheffield of unlawful possession of 100 grams or more of phencyclidine (PCP) with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a) and (b)(l)(B)(iv). Based in part on its application of a career-offender enhancement, the *300district court sentenced Sheffield to 230 months in prison.
