This matter comes before the Court on two motions: (1) for preliminary injunctive relief by the plaintiff, Fedders Corporation, against the defendants, Elite Classics and Cheston Knight (Doc. 22), and (2) for preliminary injunctive relief by the counter-claimants, Elite Classics, Cheston Knight, and Star Elite, against the counterclaim defendants, Fedders Corporation and Robert Edwards (Doc. 16).
