Plaintiff-appellant Frank Normali became a member of tbe Cleveland Association of Life Underwriters, hereinafter referred to as defendant-appellee, or C. A. L. U., in April 1962. The organization is a voluntary professional association of insurance agents. Plaintiff was a member in good standing when in 1970, he appeared on various local radio talk shows to discuss the insurance industry.
