HALL, Justice.
Appellees, plaintiffs below, filed this suit August 28, 1937, in the District Court of Cass County against appellants for title and possession of about 480 acres of land, a part of the John Collom Survey located in said county. They specially pleaded title under the 3, 5, 10 and 25 year statutes of limitation. The heirs of W. F. Cobb and his wife, Susan Cobb, their assignees and mineral lessees constitute the appellees here.
