Findings of Fact.

JENKINS, J.

This is a suit by appellees to recover 1,000 acres of land out of the southwest corner of the Jose D. Martinez league No. 9 in Trinity county, Tex. Ap-pellees were the owners of what is designated in the briefs of the parties as the Davis and Hardin titles, and appellants were the owners of what is designated as the Walling title.
