This is an action on the case for false imprisonment. The plaintiff was arrested on July 16, 1910, on a process issued by a disclosure commissioner upon an execution in favor of the defendant on a debt provable and dischargable in bankruptcy, and was committed to jail. On July 18, 1910, upon his own petition, he was duly adjudicated a bankrupt, but the record does not show that he has ever obtained his discharge.
