(dissenting). The majority opinion finds there is no competent evidence to support the award as to respondent, T. C. Yarber, for the loss of both eyes, but finds there was competent evidence to support the award for loss of one eye. The admitted facts in this case are contrary to the findings of the majority opinion. The following stipulation was entered into by the parties before the Industrial Commission :
