This is an original action in this court by petitioners to review an award of the State Industrial Commission, made and entered' on the 22d day of May, 1930, in favor of Gable Moore, respondent herein. The Industrial Commission found: First, that respondent Moore received an accidental personal injury arising out of and in the course of his employment, while engaged in a hazardous occupation within the meaning of the statute (Comp.
