Plaintiffs Dawn Bradley, Murray Rubinstein, Harjot Dev, and Vikas Shah (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) bring this class action lawsuit against Defendants Richard Gonzalez (“Gonzalez”) and AbbVie, Inc. (“AbbVie”) (collectively, “Defendants”) for alleged violations of Sections' 10(b) and 20(a) •of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Act”). See 15 U.S.C. §§ 78j(b) and 78t.
