Terry Cleo George appeals the circuit court’s judgment denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing. George alleges that the circuit court clearly erred in denying his motion without an evidentiary hearing because he alleged facts, which, if true, would entitle him to relief, which were not refuted by the record, and which established that he was prejudiced.
