ROY L. RICHTER, Chief Judge.
Clyde Nesbitt (“Movant”) appeals the motion court’s denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.
I. BACKGROUND
Movant entered a guilty plea to one count of attempted statutory rape in the first degree. Movant was placed on probation for five years. After violating probation, the court revoked Movant’s probation and imposed a sentence of ten years.
