On this writ of error to a judgment for $10,000.00 against three physicians sued as partners doing business under the *752name and style of Rialeigh-Wyoming Hospital and charged with negligence in the performance of a surgical operation on the plaintiff, resulting in permanent injury, the assignments of error relate for the most part to rulings as to admission and rejection of evidence and the giving and refusal, of instructions.
