This action was instituted in the District Court of Creek County, Oklahoma, by Lee Howell, as guardian of Leona Fox, nee Richard, to cancel certain conveyances made by her prior to the appointment of her guardian. Three separate causes of action were set forth in the petition, and each seek a cancellation of deeds conveying interests in allotment of Jemima Richard, Samuel Richard and Eastman Richard.
