Inasmuch as this appeal presents the question of the sufficiency of the petition filed by appellant, as plaintiff, in the district court, it will be necessary to make a detailed statement of the' plaintiff’s petition and the grounds relied on by the appellee to show its insufficiency. It is believed that this can be done, however, in substance, without setting out in full either the petition or the several demurrers urged thereto.
