Defendants were indicted for purchasing, and aiding and abetting the purchase of, food stamps in violation of 7 U.S.C. § 2024(b)(1). Defendants moved to dismiss the indictment, claiming that the government’s conduct in inducing defendants to commit their crimes was so “outrageous” that it violated their due process rights.
