Plaintiffs have brought these personal injury cases, 1 alleging a variety of torts against defendants American University (“American” or “AU”), the United States of America, and Glenbrook Limited Partnership, Lawrence N. Brandt, Inc., Lawrence N. Brandt, and Robert Brandt (the “Glenbrook-Brandt Defendants”).
