Cameron County Water Improvement District No. (referred to for convenience as petitioner) filed in this court, July 17, 1934, its petition, and August 22, 1934, its amended petition, seeking readjustment of its outstanding bonds, under the Act of Congress of May 24, 1934, relating to the emergency temporary aid of public debtors, and' amendatory of the Bankruptcy Act of July 1, 1898 (sections 301, 302, and 303, title li, USCA).
