POPOVICH, Judge:

This case involves an appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County enjoining the opening of a pharmacy by the appellant, Consolidated Supermarkets, Inc. We affirm.

The facts, as supported by the record, indicate that in 1973 the appellee/Ronald Zukin, president and sole stockholder of Thatcher’s Drugs of West Goshen, Inc., entered into a ten-year lease agreement with the then owner (Enal Construction Co.) of a shopping complex in which his retail pharmacy business was to be located.
