Proceeding pursuant to Executive Law § 298 to review an order of the respondent State Human Rights Appeal Board, dated December 30,1983, affirming an order of the State Division of Human Rights, dated July 1, 1982, dismissing the petitioner’s complaint upon a finding that there was no probable cause to believe that Golden Gate Associates, Inc., had engaged or was engaging in an unlawful discriminatory practice against the petitioner.
