The order of the New York State Human Rights Appeal Board dated February 24, 1981, which affirmed the order of the State Division of Human Rights (Division) dated April 3, 1980, which dismissed petitioner’s complaint alleging age discrimination by respondent Asiatic Petroleum Corporation, as being without probable cause, is annulled, on the law, without costs and without disbursements, and the matter remanded to the Division for further proceedings not inconsistent herewith.
