Stone Container Corporation (“Stone”), the defendant and counterclaim plaintiff, has filed a motion to disqualify a testifying expert (and the expert’s law firm) designated by Aon Risk Services Inc., of Illinois (“Aon”): Mr. Paul W. Sugarman, a partner and shareholder of the firm Heller Ehr-man White & McAuliffe, LLP (“Heller Ehrman”).
