SPARKS, Circuit Judge.

By this action appellee sought to recover damages for breach of alleged oral contract for life employment. The case was tried before a court and jury and it resulted in a judgment on the verdict for $26,000 in favor of appellee. From this judgment the appeal is taken, and the errors relied on arise out of the failure to grant appellant’s motion for a directed *171verdict and the overruling of its motion for a new trial.
