After a jury trial, Robin Schreiber was convicted of second degree murder with a firearm sentencing enhancement. He received an exceptional sentence because his victim was a law enforcement officer. Schreiber argues, among other things, that the trial court violated his right to a public trial. In the published portion of this opinion, we hold that Schreiber fails to establish actual and substantial prejudice resulting from any courtroom closure.
