This is an appeal from a judgment of the Ross County Common Pleas Court granting summary judgment to the appellees, Fairmont Homes, Inc., d.b.a. Friendship Homes, a.k.a. Friendship Homes, a Division of Fairmont Homes (“Fairmont”), Georgia-Pacific Corporation (“Georgia-Pacific”), Weyerhaeuser Company (“Weyerhaeuser”) and Chesapeake Hardwood Products, Inc. (“Chesa peake”). The appellants, Roger and Nancy Hall and their three children Matthew Hall, Amanda Ankrom and Nathaniel Ankrom, assign the following errors:
