This appeal arises from a determination of the board of review (board) of the division of unemployment assist-*429anee (division) that the plaintiff, Lincoln Pharmacy of Milford, Inc. (LP-Milford), had underpaid its unemployment contributions for the period from the fourth quarter of 1998 through the first quarter of 2004. The total assessment against LP-Milford, including interest, was $83,043.05. A District Court judge affirmed the board’s decision in a review pursuant to G. L. c. 30A, § 14.
