— Decedent died February 6, 1962, intestate. Letters of administration were granted to the accountant March 16, 1963; proof of publication of the grant of same was submitted and is annexed.

Payment of transfer inheritance tax in the sum of $1,115.51 on September 23, 1963, was duly vouched.
