Petitioner, a licensed registered nurse since 1974, was charged with seven specifications of professional misconduct by a notice of hearing and statement of charges dated June 1, 1984. The charges included allegations of sexual contact with an emergency room patient and with co-workers while on duty (see, Education Law § 6509 [2] [9]; 8 NYCRR 29.1 [b] [5]; 29.2 [a] [2]).
