Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 *855(initiated in this court pursuant to Education Law § 6510 [5]) to annul a determination of the Commissioner of Education which revoked petitioner’s license to practice dentistry in New York State.

Petitioner, a licensed dentist since 1969, was charged with specifications of professional misconduct by a notice of hearing and statement of charges dated January 31, 1983.
